Relationship Marketing in the insurance business application

As China's market economy is deepening, a seller's market to a buyer's market gradually changes, competition among enterprises, more and more intense, relationship marketing came into being. The characteristics of insurance products, marketing and management decisions in the relationship between the importance of the insurance business. Insurance companies should focus on customers in the market, competitive markets, internal (employees) market and affected the market, such as expanding the market implementation of the so-called relationship marketing strategy.
